People International is dedicated to sharing the message of hope with the people of Central Asia. With offices in the UK, the Netherlands, and Germany, we are now seeking to grow our presence across Europe to engage new communities and mobilize support for our work in Central Asia.

Position Summary:
People International is seeking a passionate and visionary European Mobiliser to drive recruitment and mobilization across Europe, with a focus on reaching unengaged regions for Central Asia. Based in continental Europe, this role involves strategic leadership, building partnerships with churches and mission organizations, and establishing new mobilization centers in areas without existing offices. The Mobiliser will recruit long- and short-term workers, coordinate resources, and represent People International at various events. This support-based position is ideal for a self-motivated Christian leader with experience in mission mobilization and team management.
